Meet Dr. Jen
I was born in Woodstock, New Brunswick and have been a guest on beautiful Wolastoqey land all my life. I live in Upper Kingsclear, surrounded by medicine that feeds my soul such as the standing ones/trees, Wolastoq (our beautiful and bountiful river), and so much wildlife. Since 1999, I have been walking alongside individuals on their unique paths of wholistic well-being, healing, and transformation with the purpose of drawing upon the infinite sources of your own inner wisdom, while also providing a safe, compassionate, inspirational, and empowering space. As a human being, yoga and meditation teacher, Licensed Counselling Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, Counsellor Educator, and Clinical Supervisor, I believe we are here to love, learn, grow, heal, transform, and thrive; experiencing and embodying the fullness and miracle of what it means to be a human being on Mother Earth.

As a descendant of settlers, I live as a guest on the unsurrendered and unceded Traditional homelands of Wolastoqiyik and along Wolastoq (our beautiful and bountiful river). I am committed to Piluwitahasuwawsuwakon (a Wolastoqey phrase that advocates for actions toward Truth and Reconciliation) as I engage with Indigenous Peoples, cultural knowledges, ceremonies, languages and education, as guided by Indigenous Peoples.
I am committed to nurturing a therapeutic practice that values inclusivity and diversity, anti-oppression, anti-racism, and is affirmative of all sexual and gender identities.
