ABOUT

I have a warm and down-to-earth presence. I approach my life with a spirit of authenticity and joy, and with the values of loving, learning, sharing, growing, transforming, and remembering to embrace all of the beauty in the present moment.  I am also committed to decolonizing my ways of knowing, being, and acting, as I am guided by the action-oriented principles of Etuaptmumk (a Mi’kmaw phrase for Two-Eyed Seeing) and Piluwitahasuwawsuwakon (a Wolastoqey phrase that advocates for actions toward Truth and Reconciliation) as I engage with Indigenous knowledges, languages, ceremonies, and education as guided by Indigenous Peoples.
