About

I have a warm and down-to-earth presence.  One of my measures of living life well is having lots of adventures, and stories to share along the way.  I love listening and learning about people, places, and ideas.  I value the beauty of the human mind, and I also aspire to live in an embodied way, truly experiencing life with the fullness of my mind, body, and spirit.

I particularly enjoy working with individuals and groups in a wholistic way; it is my natural, developed, and professional orientation.  By this I mean, considering the wholeness of you – mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and also those further reaching parts of you that extend into the various communities that you are part of such as your friends, family, school, workplaces, and the larger communities in which you live and are naturally affected by.
